Fabien is an agile advisor and manager focused on performance and results. He has over 20 years of experience in digital, marketing and sales strategy, and information technology.

Prior to joining Ascendis, he was Vice President Marketing and eCommerce for AddÉnergie and FLO as well as Marketing Director for the Mediagrif Group (eCommerce).

Fabien has played various management roles during which he has had the opportunity to implement new marketing and sales tools that allow companies to be more agile and more efficient. Among other things, he implemented the automation of all of FLO’s customer journey for North America, from the acquisition of leads to the integration of customers into Salesforce’s Sales Cloud solution.

During his career, he has always sought to add some strings to his bow and to follow new trends, while remaining in his two areas of predilection: digital and marketing. He became an expert in marketing digital products and acquiring new customers for B2B and B2C.

He was one of the pioneers of the web in France co-realizing in 1997 the first website of the National Defense and creating one of the first SEO offers on the market in 1998. He then founded the basics of email marketing in 2000 at Smart Focus, he advised the world’s leading brands on their marketing strategy and the implementation of their campaigns. Among his clients: Dell, Oracle, Disney, Rolex, Lancôme, ING Bank.
