With in-depth knowledge in ecommerce, digital marketing, and product management, Hersson’s focus is to drive digital performance and innovation. He has worked in different environments, ranging from tech startups to agencies and major retail companies, which have shaped his expertise as a multi-faceted consultant. Some of the companies he has worked with include: Groupe Dynamite, Reitmans, Rudsak, Bombardier, RenoRun, Absolunet and TC Media.
Throughout his career, Hersson has led multiple ecommerce website redesigns in platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify Plus and Magento. At Dynamite, Hersson successfully led and launched the company’s digital personalization program for both Dynamite & Garage. His great leadership and coaching abilities have also allowed him to become the Director of Digital Experience & Consumer Platforms at Reitmans and launch multiple ecommerce initiatives for all 5 brands of the company which resulted in sales growth.
For both of these major retailers, he has been instrumental in setting up an Agile culture and leading cross-functional teams composed of UX, Design, Web Development and Product to deliver superior results. Hersson holds multiple Agile certifications such as Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO 1), Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1) and Product Manager (AIPMM).
