Mélanie has accumulated more than 15 years of experience in business strategy throughout her career at Desjardins General Insurance Group and Deloitte.
During her time at Desjardins General Insurance Group, she led and coordinated the development of business plans, acquisitions plans, market strategies, new offers, customer knowledge as well as growth plans and portfolios.
At Deloitte, in Strategy Consulting, she also realized multiple mandates for businesses in the manufacturing, mining, oil and IT sectors.
Mélanie holds a Bachelor of Engineering and an MBA from McGill University.
