Annie has more than 15 years of experience in the development of tailor-made HR programs, employer branding and individual coaching, combined with an early career in communication and marketing.

Annie actively participated in the development of the Talent and Culture practice in a large communications agency and its many business units. For the last 14 years, she accompanied dozens of managers and executives in their transformation efforts in highly competitive environments. She pioneered new operational models and reviews of roles and responsibilities while being a key partner in developing the skills of their respective teams. Also, she established herself in the development of innovative training programs, compensation, talent attraction, HR analytics, employer brand, engagement and leadership development through the different roles and levels of authority during her career.

Annie draws her uniqueness from her skill to grasp the essentials, to imagine high-level solutions that can be reviewed at a glance to split them into realistic objectives and deliverables. Her accurate reading of situations and her great strategic sense allows her to efficiently develop tailor-made solutions. Her work is characterized by her sense of ethics, her collaborative leadership and her constant desire to innovate.

Annie has been a member of l’Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines du Québec (ORHRI) since 2008 as a Certified Human Resources Advisor (CHRP). She is currently completing the first-level coach certification at ICF (ACC, International Coach Federation). She combines university studies in marketing, communication and human resources with a double Bachelor in Business Administration.
