Chantale is the leader partner of the Leadership & Organization practice, she has worked for more than 20 years in organizational and leadership development. She advises managers on organizational performance through change management and the alignment of efforts towards engaging objectives.
Over the years, she has played a strategic role in facilitating organizational transformations and mergers & acquisitions which brought her to intervene in North America, Europe, Central America and the United Kingdom.
Chantale learned the consulting trade in one of the big international consulting firms (Deloitte) but before she decided to devote herself to develop her own consulting practice, she worked for 10 years in Human Resources in large manufacturing organizations in growth mode and in important transformations.
She stands out with her clients through her sharp understanding of their challenges, her integrity and the value-added of the solutions she proposes and her capacity to support her clients in the deployment of strategies and ambitious plans.
Chantale is a Team Performance Certified Coach from Team Coaching International (TCI). She has thousands of team alignment facilitation hours. She is trained as a Co-Active Coach with Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP – ORHRI) and has been actively involved as a board member for the Quebec chapter of the ACMP (Association of Change Management Professionals). She holds a Bachelor degree in Education – Career development and a Human Resources Certificate from ESG-UQAM.
