A seasoned advisor, Marie-Hélène is a business psychologist and executive coach who has worked as an expert in leadership and organizational development for over 20 years. Her listening skills, mastery of powerful tools, grasp of complex concepts and sharp reflexes enable her to deliver an exceptional client experience. Her clients appreciate the accuracy of her observations, her humor, and strong commitment to guiding them towards the achievement of their aspirations.
She has participated in the design and implementation of leadership development programs aligned with the organization’s strategic plan and best practices in measurement and learning activities. She is a trainer at the Leadership Institute. Since 2014, she has served as a coach for a multi continental leadership development program led by the International Committee of the Red Cross.
As a coach, Marie-Hélène guides leaders on their abilities to create conditions for trust that are essential to reaching their ambitions in collaboration with all key stakeholders. Her coaching is sought for mainly in contexts of CEO onboarding, conflict resolution and performance under complex circumstances. She has accompanied several hundred executives.
Ms. Côté has completed over 2,000 assessment projects. She has been selected by the Privy Council Office of Canada to consult for Crown corporation CEO selection committees. Her much sought after diagnostic abilities make her a valuable contributor to investment projects, talent pipeline strategies and leadership development across all levels of an organization.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from McGill University and a master’s and Doctoral degree in Organizational Psychology from the Université du Québec à Montréal. She is a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec and the Canadian Psychological Association.
