Marie Lise is an industrial-organizational psychologist with over 16 years of experience in consulting (KPMG, DDI Canada) and as an executive in HR Strategic management, organizational development and change management within organizations of all sizes, in various industries, undergoing transformations.
Dedicated to improving organizational performance, Marie Lise has achieved numerous mandates in the areas of reorganization, development and implementation of strategic plans, process optimization and work organization, development of HR policies and practices, as well as diagnostics and interventions aimed at improving the working climate and mobilizing human resources. As a strategic HR leader in a health and social services institution, she has ensured the deployment of the Entreprise en santé program for the sustainable improvement of health, wellness and human resources mobilization, in the context of major changes (restructuring, implementation of teleworking and optimization projects). This process was awarded Entreprise en santé certification by the Bureau de Normalisation du Québec.
Marie Lise holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management (HEC Montréal), a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (Université de Montréal) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (McGill University). She is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés and the Ordre des psychologues du Québec.
