With more than 30 years of experience in marketing communications, Nathalie always finds innovative solutions focused on customer needs and business objectives.
Her primary focus is the customer experience and the return-on-investment of each proposed initiative. Her wide field of expertise ranges from branding to marketing communications management, including omnichannel strategies, media planning, relationship marketing, and content strategy on social media platforms.
Over the last few years, Nathalie has been able to leverage her expertise and contribute to the management and repositioning of major national brands such as Sports Experts, Fido, Provigo, and Chartwell. What’s more, as a Brand Management Expert, she has passed along her knowledge to the Marketing teams of the Montreal Science Centre, the Société des Casinos du Québec and Newad, among others, to help them better understand the issues with their brand.
Her experience in advertising agencies, particularly at Cossette, has allowed her to master all aspects of the agency-client relationship with major advertisers like McDonald’s Restaurants and General Motors.
Nathalie is known for her sense of leadership, creativity, communication skills and managerial qualities. She has solid experience in B2C, telecommunications, retail and advertising, and has in-depth knowledge of the Canadian market.
Nathalie is a graduate of the HEC Montréal Business School and the Université de Montréal in marketing and advertising.
