Ascendis Launches ServiceNow AI Fellowship to Build Next-Gen Talent at the Intersection of Experience Design and AI

Ascendis

Ascendis is expanding its push into AI-powered enterprise transformation with the launch of the Ascendis ServiceNow AI Fellowship—a 12-week program designed to train and certify the next generation of ServiceNow consultants.

The Fellowship is the latest move in Ascendis’ growing ServiceNow AI practice, led by Elie Alam. The program is aimed at recent graduates who want to break into one of the most in-demand fields in tech—combining AI, automation, human-centered design, and real client delivery experience.

“As companies turn to AI to drive their customer and employee experience strategies, the demand for hybrid talent—part technologist, part designer, part strategist—is exploding,” said Elie. “We’re building that talent from the ground up, starting now.”

The Fellowship will give candidates immersive training in ServiceNow development, ITSM, HRSD, customer experience workflows, and AI tools like Predictive Intelligence and Virtual Agents. With integrated mentorship, hands-on experiments, and project-based simulations, fellows will graduate ready to contribute from day one. The top performers will be offered full-time roles at Ascendis.

“We believe in removing the gatekeepers to growth—especially for emerging talent,” said Karim Salabi, Co-Founder, Partner Ascendis. “This program gives us the chance to invest in bold thinkers, create real opportunity, and scale our impact in the ServiceNow ecosystem with the same agility and depth that’s defined our firm since day one.”

Applications are now open for the Spring/Summer 2025 cohort.

Ascendis is actively inviting partners, clients, and members of the ServiceNow community to help promote the program and support the next wave of certified talent.
