Norma brings a wealth of experience in design leadership to Ascendis, having spearheaded innovative projects and strategies that have redefined user experiences and set new benchmarks for excellence in design. Prior to joining Ascendis, Norma held leadership roles at Engine Digital, Accenture Canada’s Design and Innovation studio (formally known as Fjord), where she successfully led design initiatives that propelled the companies to new heights.

In her role at Ascendis, Norma will lead the agency’s talented design group — fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. She will play a crucial role in expanding the Design and Innovation Studio capabilities, ensuring continued cutting-edge solutions that meet and exceed clients' evolving needs.
