Pierre is the Partner in charge of the organizational transformation practice. Before joining Ascendis, Pierre had a career with major consulting firms in several countries and successfully assisted companies in various industries.
His interventions have covered all aspects of transformation: organization diagnosis and design, overseeing the implementation of transformations, redesigning governance mechanisms, strategic change management, and the evolution of major management processes.
He favors a pragmatic and rigorous approach without methodological dogmatism. His intervention method is based on end-to-end support, from the diagnostic phase to implementation, for an effective and value-creating approach to our clients’ organizational transformations.
